Onam Fest 2023
Jubilee college celebrated Onam Fest 2023 on 21st August 2023. Mr. Muralidharan Nair, President, Kerala Samajam, Dooravani Nagar was the chief guest. The chief guest gave a thought provoking onam message to the students. Mr. Dennis Paul, General Secretary of KSD, Mr. K. Chandrashekhara Kurup, Secretary of KSDES and Dr. Baby George , Principal, Jubilee College shared their thoughts on this special occasion. The highlight of the celebration was the grand Mega Thiruvathira performance, featuring 120 college students. Adding vibrancy to the event, Mahabali made an appearance accompanied by the enchanting beats of Chenda melam. The students showcased a diverse array of entertainment programs, encompassing lively Onam songs and captivating dances.

Sparkling victory for Jubilee PU College
Jubilee college managed by Keralasamajam Dooravaningar is on cloud nine with the sparkling victory scored by the students in the recently announced (21/04/2023) PU Board results. Jubilee college got hundred per cent (100%) result in Science Stream and ninety two (92%) in Commerce stream. Out of the 36 students in the Science Stream 5 got distinction, 24 got first Class, 5 got second class and 2 got third class. Miss Samantha Judi Dayal scored 94% to become college topper. Out of the 49 students in the commerce stream, 5 got distinction, 27 got first Class,7 got second class and 6 got third class. Miss Thulaja scored 95% to become college topper. it is to be specifically noted that we do not prescribe any cut off marks for admissions to our college. Working committee of Keralasamajam Dooravaninagar congratulate Principal Dr. Baby George and his staff members who made this achievement possible. Investiture Ceremony
The investiture ceremony was held on 18th November 2021. The event was presided by DKSES board members and our beloved Principal Prof. Dr. Baby George. The event was invoked with an inter-religious prayer song. The students' council members and other representatives took the oath and then the student representatives were presented with their badges by our teachers as a mark of beginning their journey as student leaders.

Election
Election for the students' union was held on 8th November 2021. The students enthusiastically participated in the election process. The following students were elected for the various posts.

Kannada Rajyotsava
Rajyotsava day programme was inaugurated by Sri. Peter George, President, Jubilee institutions in the presence of DKSES board members, staff and representatives of students. The college cultural club entertained the audience with a medley of songs and dances. The celebration ended with nation anthem.

Freshers' Day
Fresher's Day celebration was held on 9th October 2021 in the college Auditorium. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Sri. Sudhakaran Ramanthali, President of Kairali Nilayam Group of Institutions, Vimanapura. The programme commenced with an inter-religious prayer. Welcome address was delivered by Miss Jacques R Jacob of II PU, followed by lightning of the lamp. Sri. Peter George President of Jubilee Institutions delivered the Presidential Address. The Chief guest of the event, Sri. Sudhakaran Ramanthali addressed the students. He enlightened the students by sharing his rich experience in the field of literature.

Prizes were distributed to the winners of various competitions held in connection with cultural fest. The academic toppers were presented with a memento during the occasion. The highlight of the event was the performances of the students, they entertained the audience with a variety of programmes.

1st PU Orientation
The orientation for the new batch of students was held on 16th September 2021. Lighting the lamp marked the auspicious beginning of the new batch. The members of management committee welcomed the students to the institution. Our Principal Prof.Dr.Baby George delivered a motivational speech in which he stressed the importance of pathways to success of life.




Teachers' Day

Teachers' day was celebrated on 6th September 2021. The teachers of the institution performed various programmes on that day. Our Principal Prof. Dr.Baby George was felicitated by the management for receiving doctorate in Chemistry.

Cultural fest
The Cultural Fest of Jubilee PU College was held in the college premises in a befitting manner. Presided over by the Principal of the college, the function was attended by Kerala Samajam board members, Mrs.Gracy Peter & Mrs.Sarasamma Sadanandan were special guests.

Sri.Peter George , President of Kerala samajam Dorravaninagar also delivered a valuable speech. In his speech he gave much importance to the need for arranging such a programme. He encouraged the students for their laudable performances.

However, everybody enjoyed the cultural function. The function revealed many aspects of our culture before the audience.

Karnataka Rajyotsava Day
Rajyotsava day was celebrated virtually and streamed on YouTube. The programme was inaugurated by Mrs.Gracy Peter in the presence of DKSES Board members, staff and representatives of students. The college literary club entertained the audience with a medley of songs and dances. The celebration culminated with the rendering of state anthem.

Fresher's Day
Freshers’ day celebration was held on 24th September 2020 in college hall virtually and was streamed on college you tube channel. The chief guest for the occasion was Mr.Peter George, the president of DKS. The programme commenced with an inter-religious prayer followed by lighting of lamp. Welcome address was delivered by Mr. Babu Basker, vice principal of the college. The cultural programmes included songs by music team and dances by cultural club. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs. Rajina, Lecturer of Commerce. DKSES secretary Mr. Chandrashekara Kurup and Principal addressed the students. The programme formally ended with college anthem.

Investiture ceremony
The investiture ceremony 2020-21 witnessed the installation of student council members. Chief Guest of the day Mr.Peter George, in his message to the council members gave tips on how to be leaders. DKSES Board members congratulated the team led by Jacques R Jacob (president), Monisha P (vice president), Zaara M (general secretary), Riya V (Joint secretary), Sisci Anthony (literary club), Harini (cultural club), and Darshan R (sports club).
